Although every effort will be made to have your order delivered as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas deliveries, as sometimes they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

We trust the parcel will be delivered to you within the promised delivery time, and in good condition. However, should you not be satisfied, we would appreciate hearing your comments in order to always provide the best level of service possible.

RETURNS
We always prepare your parcels with love and care. However, if a parcel is damaged in transit, please get in touch; we ask that you return your item within 7 days, for an exchange or a refund.
