Orders placed before noon Monday – Friday will be delivered on the next working day.
Please note: Next day courier option is only available on weekdays as our offices are closed on weekends.
EU and EEA
8-10 working days service: £5. Customer pays NO duties or sales tax.
Australia & New Zealand
5-10 working days service: FREE with orders over AU $100. Shipping on orders under AU $100 charged at AU $14. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.
Rest of World
To other EU countries: The price will be displayed at checkout when selecting the country.

Please note that you, the customer are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs. We can only offer refunds if you take delivery of the goods and then ship them back to us. So if you decide not to pay any taxes and duties that are due – and this means the courier cannot deliver your parcel to you – we are not able to refund or cancel your order. The courier service will not return goods to us if you do not pay your duties and taxes. So we will not be able to refund you.
