Salty water: When you immerse yourself in saltwater, your body surprisingly begins to eliminate fluids from its own tissues, taking with it toxins and impurities, including those contained in atopic skin. This leads to purifying the skin from the inside and thorough cleansing in all layers.
As a result, in the first days of atopic eczema or psoriasis therapy, skin symptoms may worsen because impurities from the lower layers of the skin begin to surface. Occasionally, skin manifestations may appear where they were not previously visible. However, this is a normal process, and improvement will occur in the following days.
How to Use Bath Salt
Water has well-known cleansing properties. Allow your body to get rid of what it no longer needs and take advantage of the beneficial effects of water combined with the power of salt for a fresh start to your day or relaxation.
Choose from the Hemp and Rose or Hemp and Lavender options. Sprinkle about 100g of salt into hot bathwater and relax in it for 15 minutes. After using the salt, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry yourself. Then continue with your usual skincare routine.
If you have eczema or psoriasis, use it every day (every other day after a week).
Tip: Use a strainer when draining the tub to prevent plant particles from clogging the drain.
