Herbal Tea Immunity – Ingredients

Sea Buckthorn fruit – Helps the body cope better with a variety of problems, ranging from improving digestion, haematopoiesis, vascular elasticity and patency, through to skin problems. It contains a large amount of vitamin C. It’s important that vitamin C is very well stored in products made from fruits – due to the fact that the fruits do not have ascorbinase, which is an enzyme that breaks down ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Sea buckthorn is a natural concentrate of vitamin A, B complex, D, E, F, and K.

Echinacea root – This miraculous plant is considered a natural form of support for our immune system. It significantly stimulates the cells of the immune system.

Rosehip fruits – They have very complex effects, and refresh the whole organism. Rosehip contains sugars, organic acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, E, and a very high proportion of vitamin C.

Heather flower – Due to several good properties, heather is an ingredient in many tea blends.

Nettle leaf – Contributes to the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system, prostate, and affects the natural health of bones, hair, and nails. It also refreshes the body, and supports vitality and energy. Beneficial effects have been reported on the normal functions of the skin, which maintains its natural appearance and health. It supports the body’s natural defences – the immune system, and it also contains minerals and iron.

Rapeseed stem – A wide range of substances are also responsible for a wide range of beneficial effects. Tannins and bitters, for example, promote the production of gastric juices. Flavonoids have a beneficial effect on the vessel walls.

Yerba maté – During a convalescence or recovery period, it helps to detoxify the body, flushes out harmful substances from the body, regulates appetite, has a positive effect on brain function, doesn’t stress the heart, replenishes energy, promotes higher activity, helps break down fat layers in the body, and acts as a diuretic.

Cannabis leaves

Ginger – This is, among other things, a great source of a unique amount of antioxidants. Their effects support immunity, and thereby significantly strengthen our defences. One great advantage is the ability to bind harmful toxins, and successfully expel them from the body.

Lemon peel contains high amounts of Vitamin C and calcium and thus helps in improving and maintaining bone health.
