CBD oil helps bring the body into balance
We’ve already written about what the acronym CBD stands for, derived from the name of the highly potent, natural healing substance Cannabidiol. Today, we’ll take a closer look at what CBD hemp oil is, how it’s made, what effects it has, and what health conditions it can help you with.
CBD oil versus hemp oil
Although it is also extracted from hemp, CBD oil is not the same as hemp oil. The difference between the two is that, while hemp oil is produced by pressing the seeds of the hemp plant, CBD oil – although hemp oil is often its base – must be enriched with medicinal cannabinoids extracted from the industrial hemp plant (specifically, the hemp flowers and the above-ground parts of the plant) by extraction.
The extract obtained in this way may have varying concentrations of cannabinoids and other substances. We, for example, produce CBD oils in concentrations from 5% to 10% to 15% by extraction from our own plants, which we grow on an organic farm just outside Pilsen.
